"Our company (21st Century Graphic Technologies) is starting its 11th year in business on July 1st, 2007. We mainly supply software solutions to the Automotive Aftermarket companies in the US and Canada. Our solutions are custom programmed to our clients' requirements and no two are alike.

 

Our clients distribute the software on CD's or DVD depending on the size. The end user installs once and never needs to do so again, thanks to The Software Update Wizard.

 

We use The Software Update Wizard to not only keep the software program current, but to also keep the data, images and support documents that accompany the software current as well.

 

Our clients typically request us to post an update every month. These updates can range from a small software program update of 300k all the way up to a 90MB, depending on how much data has been added or changed. It definitely increases when the manufacturers release new model years for cars and trucks.

 

We started using The Software Update Wizard over 4 years ago and probably have nearly 20,000 installs of our solutions in the market that use The Software Update Wizard.

 

The benefits that we have enjoyed using The Software Update Wizard are 1) The support that I have received from the developer, especially when we first started working with The Software Update Wizard. 2) The large set of features that The Software Update Wizard has. 3) Easy deployment with my software.

 

We are marketing our Software Update Wizard enabled software applications as Power21 Technology. What sells it for us is the fact that our client’s product information is never out of date. Unlike a paper catalogue which is out of date by the time it is printed and distributed. The Software Update Wizard helps keep their electronic product information current which means no more lost sales and more dollars in their pocket because of it.

 

As far as The Software Update Wizard saving us time deploying updates, that's a tough one to answer since The Software Update Wizard has been the only component we have ever used. We did research on other update components and The Software Update Wizard is what won out for us. And we haven't had any reason to change. I am a big fan of customer support and the support that I have received from the developer has been pristine.

 

Currently we are using version 3 of The Software Update Wizard, but we will definitely be moving to version 4 for any new clients we bring on board."
